Summer of 2024, I served as a Mechanical Design Engineer for the VA and the University of Pittsburgh School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences
with Dr. Garrett Grindle. I have the opportunities to assist and help with different projects.

In collaboration with Dr. Julia Faieta, I am developing and designing an assistive device, the Safer Seat. ​I am the lead engineer for the ideation, design, and fabrication of the assistive device. Through this, I was able to gain further knowledge of 3D modeling and manufacturing while accounting for the needs of my user. This project has been an exciting journey filled with innovation and collaboration.​
